"Comfortable stay in the heart of Denver!!"

Stay Alfred was perfect! We were 6 people and the apartment had wnough space and was very clean with a lot of amenities. The only downside of this rental was the complicated lockbox system and unclear guidelines about how to get your key. The other thing that we did not like we're the beds, they were extremely uncomfortable. However, they do a good job by compensating in terms of location, cleanliness and good customer service. I will recommends this place to my friends in the future :)
"Bachelorette Bash in Denver"
Left on 03/14/2016 for a stay in March 2016
Was a great location, we had two 2 bedroom condos for 8 ladies. It was perfect because everyone had enough space. Also it was nice to have full kitchens for breakfast and late night snacks. One of the rooms we had you could walk out the back door and under the bridge and then 16th street was right around the corner! This was awesome because then you could just take the mall bus and get around to shops, restaurants and bars! I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a group going to Denver for the value and overall space and location! We went on a bike bar tour which was so fun, went on a mountain tour and red rocks, and went shopping in the day and to a comedy club at night! I recommend Lola, my brothers bar, and Americatus great food! We had a great girls trip!
The only thing I would say that would change to make the stay better next time is: When we arrived the lock box code they gave me on my email was not the right code so I was freaking out that we were not able to get into our room, but a stay alfred rep gave me the new code. Also some picky things, when we arrived the door was off the track to the laundry, the blinds on the back door one of them was broken, and in the other condo in the master bathroom the light switch was on some sort of 4 minute timer so when you were getting ready it kept turning off or when you were in the shower. But these are just minor things that maybe since I mentioned could get fixed for the next group for a more enjoyable stay. I...
"Stay Alfred presented a great stay and location for our Denver visit"
Left on 03/29/2016 for a stay in March 2016
The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with kitchen provided us with a great place to stay on our Denver trip. The average daily rates were competitive or better than hotels with the added luxury of being an apartment.
The location was close to all important roads and highways and within walking distance to the mass transit facilities. It was right in the middle of all the sports facilities and arts and theater facilities.
Also had great access to the super bike/ped paths along the river and streams.
The parking was in the same building and was secure and covered.
There was a workout facility on site but that seemed as waste for us considering all the outdoor activities Denver has to offer and all within an hour or less.
Only two issues for our stay - ceiling fan in the living room had a missing blade and the master bath drain had hair in it causing it to not drain well (after I pulled it out it worked great).
"great apartment rental in Denver"

Great apartment rental company for visits to Denver. I've stayed in several Stay Alfred properties in Denver; they are always clean and spacious, and Stay Alfred is easy to communicate with. This building is my favorite because it is quiet and well-located.

Denver is a beautiful, clean, and cosmopolitan city, nestled on the eastern edge of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. A lovely place to visit, Denver combines spectacular natural scenery with the food, culture, and nightlife you'd expect from a major city. At over 5,000 feet, the Denver area can be chilly in the winter months. That's good news for winter sports enthusiasts, as Colorado is one of the top ski destinations in the United States.
Denver, CO is an equally appealing destination in the spring and summer, when the Rockies are alive with animals and vegetation. The Rockies are the perfect backdrop for every imaginable outdoor sport, including hiking, biking, horseback riding, rock climbing, rappelling, and more. On a summer night, you can enjoy the warm weather at a Colorado Rockies game at Coors Field or during a casual stroll through the lovely Commons Park.
Denver's downtown district boasts nice restaurants, luxury boutiques, and a multitude of cafes and microbreweries. You can also get some serious shopping done at the massive 16th Street Mall. For kids, the Denver Zoo and Downtown Aquarium are two great places to spend the day, when they aren't on the slopes or on the trail.
Here are a few additional suggestions of things to do in Denver:
- Denver Museum of Nature and Science: This fascinating natural history museum, featuring everything from dinosaur bones to Egyptian crypts, is the largest in the country.
- Denver Art Museum: Enjoy a collection of Native American and Western art at this modern fine art museum.
- Children's Museum of Denver: Take the whole family to this interactive kid-friendly museum, which includes a creative crafts workshop with recycled materials.
- Wings Over the Rockies Air and Space Museum: Located on the former Lowry Air Force Base, Wings Over the Rockies contains some wonderful antique aircrafts and numerous educational exhibits.
- Byers-Evans House Museum: Once owned by the publisher of the Rocky Mountain News, this old home has been redecorated with perfect 1920s-style furnishings.
- Colorado History Museum: Run by the Colorado Historical Society, this museum's exhibits are dedicated to regional history, from the pre-colonial era to the Wild West.
There are lovely vacation rentals throughout Denver and its vast residential neighborhoods. As many skiers already know, a cabin or condo rental can be one of the nicest and most affordable ways to visit a winter resort. For the full urban experience, look for an apartment rental in Denver's cool downtown district, which keeps you close to both nature and nightlife.
