The Villa is located a few minutes from Desenzano del Garda, set in a hilly environment is composed on the ground floor of a spacious living room with table and sofa 8 seats. The fully furnished kitchen with table 6 seater. First floor three bedrooms, two with single bed and a half, and one double, two rooms have a balcony with spectacular views of the lake, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV. Second floor loft of 35 square meters with wooden beams and a double bed, the loft is accessed from single rooms, equipped with air conditioning and TV. The villa has two gardens, the first located on the back of the house with private porch with a table in 6/8 and barbecue, the porch is completely covered with a sun shade controlled electrically. The second garden, offers a lake view, with seawater swimming pool with deck chairs and shower, large gazebo lit and furnished with a table and chairs. The villa has two garage and additional parking spaces.
