Garden Villa Apartment- Minutes to Beaches and CBD
The apartment has it's own private entry from the back of the house on the ground floor. Three beds in total, One bedroom has a California King size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, plus a single day bed and a desk. The 3rd bedroom has a single bed, desk with lots of shelving and a cupboard. There is a separate lounge (TV room) with a dining room table which is adjacent to the kitchen area. There is a port-a-cot available. A large new bathroom, with a large walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. The kitchen has an under bench fridge, counter top oven, two induction elements, plus two electric hot plates, whirlpool microwave and an electric Fry pan. Included in the apartment is a separate laundry. There is a lovely grassed enclosed back yard ideal for children to play and a 3 metre long table for outdoor dining. A loggia with a comfortable seating area under a dry deck. Also a barbecue and off street parking.
The Devonport ferry also makes trips to Waiheke Island and Rangitoto this is a great place to enjoy a days trip. If you want to go into Auckland city, The Viaduct restaurants, Wynyard Quarter and The Pavillions area is a short stroll from the Ferry Building, plus Queen Street shopping is across the road.
Guests will have private access to the three bedroom apartment. Access is down the drive to the back of the property. There is plenty of free parking on the street but for unloading the car or families with little children I am happy for you to drive up the drive, the back door is right there under cover.
Interaction with Guests
I like to meet the guests at the property if possible to introduce my dog Benson to you but that's not always possible either way I leave a key for you. We like to to interact with people who come to stay, we have made some great friends, however everyone is different so we like to respect our guests needs. We live upstairs and use the front as our entrance.
The neighbourhood I live in is a very quiet cul-de-sac with lots of bird song in the mornings. The supermarket/village can be accessed at the end of the street, there is a walking path which takes you to all Devonport amenities and if you walk to the other end of the street the ferry is almost on your doorstep.
Linen, tea, coffee, sugar, milk provided If there is anything extra you require please ask the owner. You will be given your key on arrival. We live on a very quiet cul de sac with a walking track to the supermarket and village and the water at the other end. This spacious apartment is a two minute flat walk from the Devonport ferry which is a 7 minute trip to the CBD.
A 5 minute minute walk to the village, cafes and supermarket. Handy to three beaches. Torpedo Bay, Cheltenham beach and Narrowneck Beach
Children most welcome at no extra cost.
