This 1 bed studio-type condo in central Dillon has plenty of room and privacy. Perfect for 2, and can sleep as many as 4 people. This second story condo was decorated in a Southwestern style by an interior designer, giving you the feeling that you're home with the added thrill of big mountain views from the huge living room window! The full kitchen makes it convenient to prepare meals and you will enjoy the easy, no-mess gas fireplace. For real convenience, you have the use of a washer/dryer in the condo and an elevator in the building. The fourth side of the bedroom is open and partially separated from the hallway by a wooden room divider. You can walk to restaurants, shopping, the intimate Lake Dillon live theatre, Dillon Farmers' Market (June-Oct) and Lake Dillon. Catch the free Summit Stage bus within a short walking distance and go to Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge or A-Basin. Within minutes you can be at the Factory Stores, supermarket and great Summit County dining and entertainment venues.

The minimum age limit to rent is 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. This is a nonsmoking residence: Absolutely no smoking is allowed at this property and there will be a minimum charge of $250 against the renter’s credit card for remediation if there is any evidence of smoking in the house. We love pets, but due to homeowner association deed restrictions, pets are not allowed by renters nor their guests.
Full capacity assumes 2 people in the bedroom area and 2 on the sleeper sofa.

Convenient location downtown Dillon, clean and comfortable. Best part is heated floors - no sticking cold feet in your boots to start out the day! Would definitely recommend for 2-4 people hitting the slopes for a few days.

This was the perfect spot for a Summit County visit! Walk to Dillon restaurants and bars, farmers market at your doorstop with live local music, lovely views of Buffalo Mtn and Lake Dillon, etc. etc. It was also very comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful!! Loved it!

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience staying at this condo! First of all, Scott and Cynthia with Twin Season Vacations helped us get set up with this place. They were so nice and helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. They even called the night before our trip to let us know about the weather that would affect our trip there. They also had a personalized note and treat waiting for us at our arrival. This condo is in the perfect location, so close to restaurants, skiing, etc. This condo is perfect for two people. They also had a pull out couch with bedding that would accommodate 2 more people easily. It has a great kitchen and to our surprise had heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom! Nice touch! My favorite parts about this place would have to the spacious living room, awesome fireplace, and an amazing huge picture window that gives you the most amazing view of mountains and city lights! We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!
