We are located near shopping, bus routes, restaurants, recreation center, theatre, main road access yet still within a neighbor community. Close to everything without the resort noise, traffic and price.
Our home will offer you a premier location with 1600 sq feet of living space, heated double car garage, stone fireplace, breakfast bar and large dining room, huge living room, two decks, one for morning coffee and one for evening sunsets- contingent on the weather. Laundry room is on the first floor/main level of our home with new HE units. Flat screen TV with DVR is featured as is High speed wi-fi connection with private access/,
A well appointed kitchen with Henkle knives, corning ware place setting and serving bowls, blender, many various size fry pans, slow cooker, quality cooking and glass bake ware, and even the small stuff of wine openers, measuring spoons, pasta cook pots, lettuce spinner, sausa hand food processor, cutting boards- the works, makes life on vacation a breeze. .
Ski and board storage racks are also in the garage. many guests comment on how they enjoy this feature - no need to scrape off the snow ,that fell during the night, before you head to the mountain.
Summer activites abound with kayaking, fishing, hiking, biking, boating, human maze, concerts, national forest, hot air ballooning, sailing, canoeing, rafting, glacier sledding, and jeeping, all within a short distance from our home.
Each bedroom is professionally decorated with a private bath,mountain theme, pillow top queen bed, 500 count sheets, and large dresser.Just had a queen Sterns and Foster individual spring coil mattress,sleeps great. Queen sofa sleeper in main livign area.
Our home is a three story unit so no one is above or below you-so enjoy.
The in-floor radiant heat is great for our Colorado air since it will not
dry your skin or lungs.
The free ski shuttle runs near the complex, about 3 city blocks. Some of our guests drive to the stop and park or drop
off someone. Others just walk.
The great thing about Dillon is its location is central
to 4 major ski areas. One can choose Arapahoe Basin- steep and
extreme, Keystone-- all around with
back bowls, Copper Mt great cruising, Vail huge back bowls and pricey!!!
Our home is a smoke free townhouse. Smoking is not allowed anywhere
on the premises, including the wood decks, entree, or garage.
Pets are not allowed by guests
as to the Association by-laws.
Our home is very large (1600 sq. ft of living space) and you will be
very comfortable as our guest without tripping over each other like so
many other smaller condos/townhouses in Summit County.
The fireplace is of river stone decor and is gas by switch. Very handy .
We are located in the Lookout Ridge Complex, walking distance to
shopping, restaurants, cinema, national forest, and Lake Dillon. We
are 7 minutes from Keystone Resort, 10-15 from Breckenridge, Copper or
Arapahoe Basin. Vail is about 30 minutes away.

Lookout Ridge complex is only 7 years old. Our home faces the west with views from one deck of Buffalo Mountain, Ten Mile Range and Dillon Reservoir. The second deck has great morning sunshine for morning coffee and views of Keystone Resort and Loveland Pass.
We are walking distance to shopping, grocery, restaurants. Outlet mall is one mile away.
Our neighborbhood offers large three story units without the noise of being above or below other units. This prevents concern for noisy neighbors.

What a wonderful home for our ski vacation! The house was in great condition and provided us with all of the amenities we needed...and more! We skiied Copper Mountain, Keystone and Vail and this place was perfect for driving to all of the area ski slopes. Janet & Bob were wonderful to work with and provided us information on the ski areas, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.
We will be back to this area for either summer or winter activities again and we'll definately use this property. Thanks for the wonderful welcome gift and sharing your home with us!
Glad you enjoyed our home away from home ambiance. We professionally decorated our mountian home so it has appeal to all our guests. Easy access to so many national ski resorts is a welcome feature, yet our home is located within a neighborhood close to shopping, cinema and restaurants. With mountain views from either deck and a heated private two car garage, many skier guests return yearly. Please be our guest during Colorado's wonderful "off season" as well, the stone fireplace for cool nights and gorgeous sunsets from our mountain facing deck are not to be missed.

We loved staying in this home. It was well equipped with everything that we needed. We bought a few groceries and that was it! The location was convenient to get to all of the ski resorts, yet it was far enough away to offer privacy and down time. We loved staying there!

We have a wonderful time. The 2 car heated garage was really nice especially when it was snowing outside. There is a mudroom right off the garage that is perfect for boots,coats and all the loose things you need to store.
Upstairs the living room/dining room are nicely decorated and makes you feel right at home. There is everything you could need in a condo including an extra bathroom with laundry facilities.
Close to the community hot tub/rec center the views from upstairs window of the city on one side and the ski slope in the distance on the other is part of the charm of this rental. Also there a couple of red foxes that wander in and out of the yards. If you are lucky you might see one or two.
We have always enjoyed Dillon with its array of ski slopes. There is always a different one to ski at. And the Kinder's make it so easy to stay and the condo is close to everything.

We have stayed at this townhome several times over the last 5 years. Each time we find the home, clean, comfortable, safe, and everything in working order. The kitchen is well appointed with newer clean appliances, dishes and cooking utilities. The living areas and bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable clean and in good order. It's a nice bonus to have a laundry room as well. We love the two car garage. The home is immaculately maintained. It decorated in a nice blend of Mountain Cabin and modern - it feels cozy. The location is convenient to many attractions. We use it as a base of operations and have done day trips to Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Vail to name a few. The views of Lake Dillon and the mountains are love to see.. Bicycle and hiking trails are within a few blocks as well as shopping, groceries, movies, restaurants and other necessities. The management is easy to work with and make you feel welcome as old friends. We plan to stay again in the next year.
