Unit is equipped with all the basic necessities. We enjoyed the open great room floor plan and the location close to the Summerwood rec center. Wonderful daytime lighting with lots of windows. Hot tub takes up all of the deck space. When we encountered a couple of minor issues that needed repair the management company responded quickly. Tv's are complicated to operate and upstairs unit has no sound for first ten minutes...ever.

We enjoyed this home so much that I am sure we will be back. The location was perfect. This home is in the middle of Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper (perfect for skiing with kids). This was my first time renting a home from Key to the Rockies and I was a bit apprehensive, but not any more - I would use Key to the Rockies again. If you are looking for a clean and cozy place to stay, Enders at Summerwood Home is a good value. The kitchen was nicely stocked, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice, the hot tub could be replaced but worked ok. We are very grateful to the owners that share their home :)
Thank you for the wonderful review of both the Enders Home and Key to the Rockies. We appreciate you taking the time to comment on this wonderful property and look forward to seeing you again!

My wife and I rented the house to rest and recover from our wedding. We loved the house and will definitely be back. It was wonderful to be close to everything, up in the mountains, with a private hot tub. We hiked Loveland pass and enjoyed the fireplace. We highly recommend it.
“There for our son's wedding - views were awesome!”

The house is very nice - well furnished and clean. Although the master bedroom is upstairs and private, there is not door per se and any activity downstairs invades the space easily. We had a very small one with us who is not yet doing steps so the step up to the kitchen and down to the living/dining areas was a great pain. The 1/2 bath off the kitchen has a lock on the door which kept getting pushed in or just sticks so the door would lock with nobody in there and it is very difficult to get unlocked from the outside! We were very afraid the little one would close the door from inside and get locked in the bathroom be himself!
Great views out the windows and great hot tub!
Wanted to update you on the television situation at the Enders Summerwood Home in Dillon, Colorado. There is now a 32" flat screen TV in both the living room and the master bedroom. Please visit Keystone again!
“Very good experience at Summerwood Enders Home!”

The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, etc so that we were able to cook some great meals during our stay. The beds were also very comfortable and the cabin was very clean and welcoming when we arrived.

I rented this house for my family over the holidays. The asking price was $775/night, and given my last-minute booking I was able to have a discounted price. The management company was very helpful and responsive to my requests and worked with our budget. We greatly enjoyed the common areas and wood-burning fire place.
That having been said, we had a few issues that would have been very distressing had we been paying $774/night.
1) Blood stain on comforter in bedroom
2) Wireless internet wasn't working
3) We had 6 guests but only 4 clean towels, the rest were dirty in the washer.
We didn't report the dirty comforter or towels to the management company (just washed the towels and removed the comforter from the bed). However we did report the wireless - someone was sent out promptly, but he was unable to fix it. This was disappointing because several of my family members were hoping to work while others were skiing.
I would stay here again, but I would definitely not pay the inflated holiday rates.
