Just 5 minutes from the crystal clear beach of Drapanias in Kissamos, this modern, luxurious and accommodating secluded villa of two stories and 2 acres in total, welcomes you! There is plenty of room for those who appreciate magical landscapes from extra spacious terraces, a brand new exotic swimming pool or a well-cared garden. This, combined with the proximity to all popular west coast beaches, such as BALOS, FALASSARNA, ELAFONISSI, makes our villa unique!
The pool is our gem! We are sure you will want to spend most of your time there!
From March 2018, the green-blue, exotic pool adds luxury and provides carefree holidays without worrying about any waves. Equipped with ecosalt technology, it gives you the feeling that you swim in real salt sea! There is no odor of chlorius to bother you. Blowers around the pool shake the water like waves and make you a light massage! It is of 40sqm, offers privacy in a specially designed, comfortable space, in a wonderful natural environment, amidst the olive groves, at the back of the villa away from the sounds of the road that are harmoniously replaced by the sounds of nature. A wonderful waterfall stimulates hearing, vision and all senses!
There you will also be able to make use of the barbecue and have lunch.
Our two-story space has got a unique privilege for larger groups of 4 or maximum 6 people. Both floors have their own bedrooms, bathrooms and living area.
The surroundings
Elia SeaSide Villa is surrounded by olive groves that have inspired its title; Elia in Greek means 'olive'. Entering the villa, you come across a beautiful front garden we personally care with love and tenderness. There are palm-trees, bush-like flowers, grass, outdoor furniture and showers in both front and back (pool) garden. The whole area around is benefiting from wonderful views, beautifully blending the rough mountains with the soothing sea...
The Ground Floor
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a living room, the spacious dining room for 6-8 people, a double bedroom overlooking the garden area and a bathroom with a large bathtub. You have access to the pool area from the kitchen as well.
The first floor
On the first floor there is also a secondary living room, a shower bathroom and the master bedroom. There is again an extra large terrace overlooking at mountains that are smoothly 'hugging' the sea... Something you don't get to see every day... The master bedroom, also, has a front balcony with similar view to the bedroom downstairs, overlooking the garden.
