Situated in the grounds of Le Manoir du Neveit, which is near to the market town of Callac in the Cotes d'Armor region of Central Brittany. Originally built to house the families that worked the land on the estate. It has recently benefited from a total restoration to an exceptionally high standard.

The living area on the ground floor is open plan, with a double bedroom on the first floor. At the rear of the property is a large south facing paved terrace equipped with table, chairs, sunloungers, barbeque, even a nearby hammock. The cottage stands in the award winning park like gardens of le Manoir and enjoys panoramic views of the Forest of Duault. Guests are not restricted to the cottage gardens and are encouraged to search out the secluded hot spots in the gardens as the sun moves round. For the more adventurous, you could amble the 200m down the rarely used farm track to the little trout stream which ripples through the hay meadow, find a shady spot under a tree and watch the numerous butterflies as they bask in the sun. If you are lucky, you might also see the herons searching for fish and the deer coming out to feed in the evenings.
