It is one of tne of the most deluxe furnished apartment in JLT (Jumeirah Lake Towers), massive size living room and bedroom (1500 sq-ft/ 140 sq-m), breath taking views from two balconies facing the sea/marina and the lakes.
The building amenities include a spacious lobby and entrance hall, swimming pool (controlled temperature) and 2 fitness centres, high-speed elevators; basement secured parking, 5 different BBQ areas, Sauna, steam room and a party hall.
The apartment is fitted with high end kitchen appliances, modern customized designer furniture, it has everything you need from crockery, Ironing machine, dish washer, washing machine and a big fire protected safe.
Great location for business and holiday travelers in the heart of New Dubai with direct entry and exit to the main high way (Shekh Zayed Road) that connects all the hot spots, below is how long it will take to reach to the following places:
1- Metro - 2 minute walking distance (open until 11 PM). You can use it to go and come back from the airport and that is great way to save on transportation, If you are coming from the airport, look to "Jumeirah Lakes Towers" Station and follow exit Number 1. That should lead you to Cluster C and the flat is in Cluster B which is 2 minutes away. Keep cluster C on your left hand and walk around 300 meters to Cluster B.
2- IBN Battuta and Marina Mall are 5 minutes drive.
3- Emirates Mall is 6 minutes drive (must to see).
4- The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence are all within 8-10 minutes drive.
5- Beach is 5 minutes drive where you can find some lovely beach bars.
6- The lake area is accessible from the basement of the building and is highly recommended for a jog.
FYI, 10 minutes drive by taxi will cost around 4-5 USD.
The Area has a lot of international restaurants & laundry services.
I am a Branch Manager by profession but a photographer, dancer and traveller by passion. I have lived in Dubai for the past 9 years and would be more than happy to discuss and suggest ideas and things for you to do while here. I have stayed in many B&Bs; during my travels and always enjoyed the advice given by the locals. The best part of any travel is when things exeed your expectation and I hope I could do the same for you.

My main objective is for you to will feel comfortable like home and I do not expect much from my guests, just clean up after yourself and treat our space like your own.
BED, BATH & KITCHEN
- King size bed for the master bed room and two sofa beds (queen and single) to give extra confort for 3 additional guests.
- Clean towels and linen are provided for two/Four guests in each reservation. For those staying longer than 7 days extra bed sheets and towels will be changed every week. If your stay is shorter than 7 let me know if you have an emergency and need new towels/linen.
- Sponges, trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue and other utilities are provided and you can find the supply in the kitchen cabinets.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
Flexibility depending on availablity and cleaning schedule, so please contact me for any special request, check in time is 1:30 Pm and check out time is 11 AM.
Parking under the buliding is free from 8 PM to 8 AM but if you rent a car for the entire stay of your duration, you better check with me for the car park availablity, a dedicated car park can be arranged (based on availability for $10 a night).
The extra housekeeping service is provided for extra 60$ including the whole cleaning and replacement of bed sheets and towels. Please contact me for booking this service.
-Please take care of the access card, the cost for replacing each is 80$!
Sorry, the parties are not allowed and if you feel to smoke, please do so by the balcony.

I stayed here for 3 nights (15th-18th Feb) with my sister and a friend.We spent 4 days in this beautiful,spacious,well decorated,perfectly clean one bedroom in JLT.The flat had everything someone could wish for,well equipped,had even an emergency kit,(which I haven't seen in any other places we've traveled)we really felt we are taken care of.George was an amazing host,he was so helpful and understanding,as we arrived quite early in Dubai he gave us early check in and helped and responded very fast with any inquiries we had.He even arranged for us some great deals for some activities in town.The building has a nice temperature controlled swimming pool,gym,sauna and steam room and even place for outdoor barbeque.We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the facilities.Easy to access all the main attractions,as is in very close proximity to Dubai Marina&JBR;,metro station 2 minutes away,so Mall of Emirates and Dubai Mall&Burj; Khalifa are within easy reach as well.Over all we had an unforgettable experience as our first visit in Dubai,we will definitely be back. The apartment is at the Jumeirah Lake area - a new area close to the Marina area. The metro is only 5 min away and brings you into Dubai. Around the house you find all the things you need: really good restaurants, supermarkets and a playground.
The apartment itself is like you see it on the pictures: spacious, new, good equiped. The apartment is at the 24th floor - I had some trouble the first days of the height. The house is currently one of the last high buildings in Dubai.
Unfortunately the pool area was under construction when we stayed there - that gave our stay a little negative touch as we had our little daughter with us and we thought we can use it. George didn't see the problem (I suppose if you live in Dubai you don't use the pool) - so we didn't get a discount (we would not have stayed in the apartment if we would have known). But George offert us some 2:1 tickets where for example we could stay a day at the pool/beach area and only payed half (but its still quite expensive - from 225-500aED).
You can walk to "the walk" in around 20-25 min, to the beach is only 3 min more.
But in general George is a nice and helpful host.
So short summary: a nice stay at a good but still under construction area.
But if we will come back we would try to find an apartment at the Marina - this area is not so much under construction and it feels a lil bit more comfy.

Renting this holiday apartment was easy and communicating with the owner went smoothly. We liked the spacious living room, good air conditioning that you can also turn off, great views from two different balconies overlooking the intersection and new skyscrapers, a quiet bedroom, 3-4 for minutes walk to and from the Jumeirah Lake Towers metro station. Water in the pool was warm and you could use the sauna and gym. The apartment's kitchen turned out to be well equipped, sheets and towels clean. No major complaints from us, unless you dislike the sand and concrete jungle that is the district near Dubai Marina. Many building sites are nearby, but during our week there were no noise distractions from them. There are some cosy restaurants and a Carrefour Express among the community that is buing built around the artificial lake.

I stayed here in august 2013 with two other friends. The apartment was in fantastic condition with excellent views and luxurious furnishings - we especially liked the swinging chairs and the air conditioning was fantastic!
It is in a great location with the Metro being a short walk away and taxis being easily accessible directly from the front door of the tower. Supermarkets as just a short walk and there is also a friendly irish bar located near to the tower - for those who like a tipple at the end of the day!
Other occupants at the apartment are respectful and friendly and the pool is a lovely place to chill out. Whilst we did not use the sauna or steam room they did look very nice.
One of the best things about staying in this apartment is that the landlord is great. He communicated with me instantly on booking the accommodation and recommended a variety of things to do throughout our stay. He also came out to meet us in the early hours of the morning due to our flight times to hand over the keys and was very helpful throughout the duration of our stay.
All in all this apartment is fantastic value for money and I would love to stay here again!

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 months and what you see in the picture is what you get. Well maintained,strategically located (near Metro and Groceries),quiet community, accessible and most importantly the owner is the best. We have stayed in the finest and most elegant places in Dubai even in The Palm Jumeirah,but we have never been more satisfied than this JLT apartment.
Whether you are staying for a short / long period, it is important that the owner is straight forward in his dealings. Sure there are many other luxurious places / units but don't waste your vacation dealing with difficult owners.
The apartment not only boasts of it's high end finish and classy decor, the building also offers special amenities to the occupants. The swimming pool and gym are kept clean and orderly. There's also a steam room and sauna that you can utilize.
Overall, this is a reat place to stay and it;s the real deal!!
