Peppercorn Cottage 2831 Is located in a village of Dubbo where you can relax and recharge your battery - this is for you. Take time out in the garden or go for a walk & enjoy bird watching in this historic village located 10min from Dubbo. You can visit the Zoo, theatre, public gardens or Wellington Caves. The cottage is comfortably modern & great for couples, a relaxed family who are happy to share that are wanting a break. Business or solo traveler/swill also the home away from home + we are pet friendly.

The Gratton gallery is next door & the Post Office. Around the corner well Ploughman’s Inn & bistro, where you can enjoy a good country pub meal within walking distance of your country cottage! Or order take away :)

Getting around

A car is best however the village of Wongarbon is serviced by a regular bus service that operates at various times throughout the day.

Interaction with guest

You will be met and shown through the cottage when you arrive. It is then up to you if you want to ask some questions and stay in touch. The cottage is up to date with appliances and is well furnished in a contemporary style with a queen sized bed. Previous visitors all comment that it is better than the photos!

Please smoke outside only, the garden has a pizza oven and bbq both gas powered as well as a clothes line.

Bed linen is changed when a booking completes. Additional linen is available for guests to use; there is a washing machine & dryer available. A weekly cleaning/linen service is available for those booking a long stay - fee applies. Pet fee $15 per pet/night.

“Peppercorn perfect”

What a beautiful, tranquil cottage to stay in. Tim & Suzie can't do enough to make you welcome and share their expertise of the area and Dubbo is only 10 minutes drive away. An ideal place to chill out on a road trip. Please take the time to stay here, you will not be disappointed, we will certainly be back.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Suzanne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
