Description
This is a bright and spacious apartment with terrace as well as a balcony offering a wonderful sea view located about 15 minutes easy walk to the Old town where you can find the most important sights in Dubrovnik. A great choice for family or friends, this apartment will provide comfort, great location and plenty of amenities within easy reach.
Located on the top floor of a stone house the apartment combines modern and traditional elements and offers two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, two full bathrooms both with shower, a dining room with fully equipped kitchen and a separate living room. From the living room and two bedrooms you can access the balcony with a sitting area and enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink with a beautiful sea view. The back terrace has a dining table perfect for enjoying a meal when you feel like staying home.
Amenities include: A/C (all rooms), SAT-TV, free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and electric BBQ; washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, balcony as well as a terrace.
As the apartment is located on the top floor of a stone house, it is accessed via 3 flights of external stairs(approximately 50 stairs). With its convenient position guests can easily reach a bakery, grocery stores, two restaurants, a bar, ATM, and the lovely Bellevue beach ideal for morning swims all in about 3 to 7 minutes walking distance from the apartment. The historical Old town with all the important sights is an easy 15 minute walk from the apartment and for anyone who does not prefer walks, a bus stop is located just 5 minutes from the apartment with bus lines to the Old town every 10 to 15 minutes.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *
