Description

Set in a residential area of Dubrovnik, this lovely one bedroom apartment will provide a comfortable and cozy place to stay while visiting Dubrovnik. With a convenient location walking distance to a grocery store, restaurant, bus stop to the Old town, promenade and beaches the apartment will be a great choice to explore Dubrovnik and avoid large crowds.

The apartment is set on the ground floor so with its easy access it is also a good choice for people who don't want to deal with many stairs, that are so common in Dubrovnik, as there are only a few steps from the parking to the apartment entrance. Upon entering the apartment guests can relax in a warm and tastefully furbished living area with a corner for dining. For everyone who prefers to have home cooked meals there is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender and kettle. The apartment has one bedroom with queen size bed for tow guests while the 2 additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed. Located opposite of the bedroom is one full bathroom with a shower. In front of the apartment guests can enjoy a small covered terrace with sitting area and one private parking spot is included with the apartment.

Amenities include: AC(living room), free WiFi, SAT TV(living room and bedroom), fully equipped kitchen stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender and kettle; hair dryer, small terrace and one private parking spot.

The apartment is located in Lapad neighborhood which is a very well known residential area of Dubrovnik and within 10 minutes walking distance you can reach two grocery stores, a bakery, a restaurant serving traditional local dishes, and a bus stop to the Old town with buses passing approximately every 15 minutes. In about 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment you can find yourself on the Lapad bay promenade with a number of restaurants and bars, kids playground, cinema and at the end of it there are several sandy, pebbly and concrete/rocky beaches, a something for everyone.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.  In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *
