Additional Location Information

Old Town Port Terrace Apartment is located in the most photographed and most recognized part of Dubrovnik Old Town. Location can be seen on every Dubrovnik panorama postcard.

The location of this apartment is the real treat. The apartment is right off of the main street, Stradun, which has wonderful shopping, restaurants, pubs and gelaterias (a must to try when here).

Restaurant Poklisar with its huge terrace by the sea ( www.poklisar.com ) is located on the ground floor of the building. Poklisar is a prefect place for a morning coffee, quick lunch or a nice dinner. It closes by midnight, so there will be no noise from downstairs when you go to sleep.

Looking downstairs from the terrace you will see a boat departing for Island of Lokrum (locals favourite). Boat goes every half an hour. If you want to avoid the cruise ship crowd (cruise ships arrive in the morning and depart around 5pm) Lokrum's rocky beach that looks like out of this planet is the place to be. Get some Sun and then lay down under one of the exotic trees in the botanical garden and relax. Or feed the pea cox (there's hundreds of them on Lokrum).

Anything you need is located couple of steps from the apartment (grocery store, green market, atm, bank, post office, museums, restaurants, theatre, bars and pubs, churches...)
