We had a great time. Easy walk to the beach. Weather cooperated mot too hot for the first week in July. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Only minor annoyance was a small issue with a circuit breaker, maintenance responded, and no other issues. Individuals at the rental office were always helpful. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

It's not really the home that is breathtaking its the view and the weather and the dolphins - the beach! Tranquility from a busy work life to just have a week to relax.
I think the owners did an injustice when they did not replace the walkaway back to the original way with the bench at the end. Bringing it closer to the home takes away from the fantastic morning view and evening views. I was disappointed not to be able to have moring coffee out there.

We loved being right on the beach. In general, house was exactly like it was described not new but clean, however, we had to call to fix the drain in upstairs bathroom and mini frig downstairs the maids left the door ajar because of the layer of ice the plastic bucket made it stickout and the door couldnt close - should have been defrosted- this was like this when we checked in- tried to pick away the layer of ice but was too thick! very annoying we just dealt w it. Also lights in bedroom w bunk beds did not work maybe bulbs were burned out I do not know-

The house had a great location but as soon as we walked it we did not like the smell. It smelled dirty. The house had no blinds in the main floor, so you had no privacy at all. It was imposible to watch TV because it was so bright. The dishwasher was giving me a hard time, i had to fix the vacuum cleaner because I needed to clean this home. The vacuum was so clogged up and that told me that the house had not been vacummed in a long time, that is why it smelled. The bathroom downstair had mold and needed a new shower curtain. It was not a clean property. Very dissapointed.
I'm sorry to see your disappointment with your recent rental of "High Dune." This home is typically very popular among our guests.
There is no question that this home is an older property, but the homeowner does work hard to supply amenities that the guests enjoy. The diswasher was actually replaced recently as a result of guest feedback.
Our cleaning staff actually does not use the owner supplied vacuum, but you are correct that the vacuum bag should have been replaced so thoughtful guests like you that want to clean should have that opportunity. We apologize that you found the vacuum bag full.
The shower curtain has been replaced since your stay, and I'm hopeful you will be more satisfied on your next stay!
All the best from the beach!

Loved the screened porch. It made for an easy transition from outside to inside...a place to leave your shoes. Thoroughly enjoyed the views from the sun deck, especially the July 4th fireworks. Wonderful neighborhood...nice and quiet. Thanks for the wonderful amenities. This house is nicely stocked with kitchen utensils, small appliances, etc.

We loved the house and the beach! Very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Living/Family room very roomy and has a great view of the beach. One bedroom (the one with the small TV) could use another bedside table.
