We can provide you with a free BB cot and a high chair on request. Linen for this bed is optional.

About Duingt....

Duingt is located on the western side of the Annecy Lake and deserves its name "Pearl of the Lake".

Next to St Jorioz, Duingt (pronounced DOH-WAH!), offers an exceptional mountain and lake view. The cycle track from Annecy to Ugines (35kms) crosses the village and connects the villages along the lake very easily by bike.

Many activities are possible in Duingt: water activities in summer (wake-boarding, water-skiing, kayaking, hiking, etc) outdoor activities nearby in winter (snowshoeing at Semnoz (20mins), alpine ski in La Clusaz (40mns) or in the 3 Valleys resorts (about 1h))

The "best bakery of the lake" is located in Duingt, as well as a bookstore, and high-quality cuisine (Clos Marcel or Spinaker for example).

Duingt is a fabulous place for a relaxing holiday in both the summer and winter times.

“Great time in an outstanding location”

We just had the best time at l'Unique : this apartment is just unbelievable : right on the water. Nice decoration, great staff and agency. Hope to be back soon.

“Fantastic location and view but outdated accommodation”

The view from the private terrace was amazing and perfect to relax and unwind after a days adventure. Unfortunately the interior was seriously outdated and in desperate need of a facelift. The pictures do not accurately reflect the properties interior. It’s a real shame as this could be amazing but is seriously let down by the interior decoration and this is not reflected in the price. I would. It recommend this property.
