Luxury barn conversion close to coastal path

Nestled on the edge of a secluded wood on the outskirts of Llaneilian, a scattered rural village on the delightful North East coast of Anglesey and part of a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. This 300 year old Barn has been sympathetically converted and boasts amazing sea views across the adjoining countryside and to the spectacular mountain range of Snowdonia beyond.

This tasteful barn is conveniently located for couples looking to explore the local area, whilst offering a peaceful getaway from busy daily life.

This idyllic setting is a perfect holiday retreat for animal lovers and walkers alike.

The patio windows in both the living area and bedroom, frame the woodland that provides sanctuary to the abundance of resident wildlife, including red squirrels, rabbits and pheasant - not to mention a wide variety of garden and woodland birds.

Sit and observe their daily activities from a little closer outside on the large balcony (if you're quiet enough...) accessed from either of the patio doors. On a clear morning, if you're an early riser, you can also watch the sun come up from behind the Great Orme at Llandudno.

The impressively sized property consists of:

- A cloakroom (a must for those muddy boots)

- An open-plan living room with a huge corner sofa and well fitted kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave and plenty of cupboard space.

- A large bedroom, furnished with a generous Super-king size bed, fitted wardrobe and dressing table.

- An En-suite bathroom providing toilet, wash basin and a spacious shower enclosure with electric shower.

There are two large flat screen TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room), a DVD player with a small selection of DVDs and a music speaker with DAB radio and Bluetooth connection.

This converted barn, although attached to the rear of Tyddyn Mawr, is totally private and secluded, but the hosts are always nearby if needed.

Anglesey has numerous award winning beaches and attractions, all of which are only a short drive away. The coastal path stretches 125 miles around the Isle giving opportunity to walk along cliff top paths and explore deserted coves, such as Porth Y Gwichiaid (Periwinkle bay) which is a small shale cove only a couple of miles from Tyddyn Mawr. There are many places close by to enjoy cycling, boating and fishing (fishing trips go from Amlwch port just over 3 miles away).

There is ample room on the drive for a boat and up to 2 cars, Tyddyn Mawr is an ideal place to stay when visiting Anglesey.

The majority of the time I am available on arrival to meet guests and answer any questions they may have. However if I'm not around there is a key safe to collect the key from and a file can be found on the coffee table in the barn with local information.
