Clovers Beach Cottage is located just a short car or bike ride to the bustling Hillarys Boat Harbour, Western Australia's number one tourist attraction complete with restaurants, cafes, shopping and entertainment for the whole family.

The home is nestled in the quiet leafy residential suburb of Duncraig which borders the prestigious beachside suburbs of Hillarys and Sorrento.

Scarborough Beach is just a 5 to 10 minute drive away, Perth City around 20 minutes and Fremantle around 30 minutes. Joondalup Arena and Joondalup Golf Resort are just 15 mins drive away.

Clovers Beach Cottage is a boutique style accommodation property, quite unique in style and ambience.

The home is a well appointed 3 bedroom home with semi a en-suite bathroom, spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, double drawer dishwasher and breakfast island.

Our family of five enjoyed our stay at Clovers Beach, the accommodation is clean and well maintained, having everything you would need. The cottage is a little smaller than some other rentals you might see, but it does NOT look dated as many do, the owners of Clovers have obviously taken extra care with the presentation, fixtures and fittings, making it feel fresh & contemporary. Open plan layout making effective use of space. Kitchen equipment all good, plenty of bathroom towels and bedding in good order. You need to bring your own beach towels which is normal. It’s a 5-10 minute drive to everything you could want, great beaches and lots of shopping options. It only has one bathroom & a separate toilet, could get a bit of a challenge if you have more than 2 adults in the group. In summary, for a young family it’s great. Would definitely rent again without hesitation.

How do damage deposits work?
