Newly renovated 2 bedroomed second floor flat with stunning River Clyde views. Now available for for vacation or business travellers! Come to the beautiful Cowal Peninsula - ideal for families, walkers etc. Flat is within Kirn just beside the seaside town of Dunoon.

Consists of open plan kitchen/lounge with dining table overlooking uninterrupted views of River Clyde. One double bedroom and one single bedroom with guest bed underneath. Ideal for a small family or a couple. Brand new bathroom with over bath shower. Lounge, bathroom and both bedrooms all have new flat screen TV's. Complete with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board,fridge,freezer and many more extras! Gas central heating and fully insulated so a really cosy flat even in the depths of a Scottish Winter! Free WI FI is installed.

Small shared garden with drying green. Free on street parking available. Only 15 minutes walk into Dunoon itself, but only 2 minutes walk to the many shops within Kirn.

Only 2 minutes drive from Western Ferries or if a foot passenger on Argyll Ferries why not let us pick you up from the ferry?

This is a non smoking property and is not suitable for pets.

“Great Stay”

Really enjoyed our visit. Peaceful town and a great base for touring Scotland. Apartment was well stocked, functional, clean with stunning views. A must stop over when touring.

Sea view apartment is ideal. Sea views, and walking distance of town centre. Cosy flat with all the facilities you’d need. Anyone with walking problems may struggle with the two sets of stairs.

“Great little apartment”

Returned to Seaview Apartment for a second time and it was just as good. Weather disappointing but It was cosy, warm and very pleasant to stay inside and read, watch DVDs and just chill.
