Description

Our home has 3 bedrooms + loft, 3 bath home with a heated garage and is within walking distance (150 yards) to the main Purgatory Resort ski lifts and plaza. Balcony House has 3 floors, sleeps 10, ample parking, and absolutely beautiful views. Open all year round. 1st floor has a family room with a gas fireplace, tv, a sectional sofa, and a large wet bar with seating. It also has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath. 2nd floor features the kitchen, dining, and living room. It's an open floor plan, large and flowing. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample storage. Dining seats 10 and there are 6 bar stools on the island as well. The living room is large and roomy with a 46 inch TV, a gorgeous view, plus a deck with a propane grill. The Master bedroom is on this floor with another beautiful view of the mountains. It has its own private full bath and a huge walk-in closet. There is another full bath. 3rd floor is a very roomy loft with a chair and 2 futons sofa's

“Multiple- family ski weekend”

This location allowed a wonderful space for three families to gather and enjoy a ski weekend. Home was spacious and well equipped. Kids enjoyed camping out in the loft. Not really "ski in and out… More
