SO MUCH TO SEE, SO MUCH TO DO!
Osprey, gulls, terns and cormorants are some of the many shore birds that make their homes here year-round or seasonally. Linekin Bay is a great way to see them from the shore or the water. Seals and porpoise also frequent the bay. The bay is a favorite of boaters, both motor and sail, and the deep water access and moorings at Water’s Edge Condos lend themselves nicely for those activities.
From the beach and swim float you can sun bathe, swim and look for sea shells and sea glass. Take the water-taxi into town for lunch, shopping, cocktails, dinner and live music. There is also a plethora of water excursions leaving from the Harbor: whale, puffin and seal watches. Sunset cruises, dinner cruises and music cruises. Sailing excursions, Audubon excursions and more!
There are several yummy eateries right here in East Boothbay so be sure to check each one out! Breakfast Pizza at East Boothbay General Store, cocktails and lobster at Lobsterman’s Wharf and don’t forget locally inspired cuisine at Ocean Point Inn!
Experience Maine like a native. Visit our local farmers market, farm stands and farms to buy local and buy fresh. Don't forget the seafood. Lobster abounds in this area and can be purchased at any of the many lobster pounds on the peninsula.

WHY BOOK WITH COTTAGE CONNECTION?
Vacation Rentals. Privately Owned. Professionally Managed. Trusted since 1993. Cottage Connection was one of the first vacation rental companies in the Mid-coast region of Maine. Jeff and Audrey Miller, who own three vacation rental homes themselves had an aha moment when they realized they could not find anyone who ‘got it’ to manager their rentals for them. Since 1993 they have been trusted by homeowners and vacationers to “connect” each family with the perfect cottage for their vacation. As Audrey puts it; “The home they stay in becomes a personality, a part of their lore when a family connects with the right cottage. Whether they want a rustic cabin in the woods or a high-end ocean bungalow, the right setting sets the tone for the entire vacation.” Learn more about how Cottage Connection can help make your vacation perfect!
