Well kept interior as these owners are always making sure that everything is perfect for their guests. Just up the shared boardwalk you will find your place in the sun at East Sandwich Beach.

Middle-level condo at a 4-unit waterside property. This place has its own private furnished outdoor patio along with a shared gas grill with the cottage next door. Fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms - one with a queen bed one with a double bed. Set between the ocean and marsh on a sandy dune, it is ideal for swimming and beach activities!

Rental includes BBQ grill, microwave, coffee maker, cable TV, WiFi, furnished outdoor deck, Bring along your fishing pole to enjoy the best of Cape Cod fishing just down the road at Scorton Creek, also perfect for kayaking.

Note: property has an outdoor shower- but it is non-enclosed cold water shower.

Ask about the cottage next door, also 2 bedrooms. A great idea for two families to enjoy a vacation together!

“Comfortable but closer to the neighbors than in the city”

Nice place, clean and comfortable, but not clear from the pictures that it was not directly on the beach. A neighbor beside, over head and under us: not enough privacy for a resort. I have more privac… More
