Adorable waterfront unit of a three-unit property located right on East Sandwich Beach. Enjoy the great view of beautiful Cape Cod Bay. The waterfront patio and huge sandbar make this a perfect vacation spot. Bright and white. Great outside seating with views of the ocean and a private path to have an evening fire. TV and wireless internet. Window A/C unit to cut down the humidity on some of those hot days. Parking for 2 cars, shared enclosed outside shower, private patio with a picnic table, benches, and gas grill for cooking out. Private pathway to the beach. Enjoy long walks, sunsets, and roasting marshmallows at the beach.

Response from the manager The owners are always doing something to improve these cottages, so I am sure an upgrade on the bathroom is not far off. This year the cottage was freshly painted and the floor in the living room was replaced last year. The trash bin Patty is referring to is the roadside dumpter that gets picked up 2 times a week. Since the pick up days do not coincide with the check in days, there is always some in there. If you have a reunion and party, please let us know that you will be making a lot more trash than normal and we will get it picked up earlier than scheduled. See you next year.
