Located at the South Harbour is is ideally placed within a 15 minute walk along the seafront promenade to the leisure centre or around the quayside to the main harbour shops, bars, restuarants and cinema

Dominica Court is a luxury first floor three bedroom apartment providing sunny and spacious accommodation. Located on the South Harbour with stunning views of the water features and fountains from the large sun terrace which surrounds two sides of the apartment. There is a passenger lift and reserved covered parking and outside visitors parking.

The accommodation provides two doubles and one twin bedroom, two bathrooms, and a luxury fitted kitchen. Walk out of the French doors from the living room onto the large private sun terrace which runs alongside south and west facing sides of the apartment with stunning views of the water features and fountains. Outdoor tables, chairs and sun loungers are provided to make the most of daytime and evening sun whilst listening to the fountains. Alternatively take a stroll out of the apartment onto the quayside and along to the harbour bars and restaurants, or along the seafront to Pevensey Bay or the attractions of Eastbourne

Towels and linen are provided but not beach towels. We can provide a cot and high chair. No pets allowed and smoking is not permitted. We take a house deposit of £200 which is returned at the end of your stay, and covers for any excessive cleaning and breakages. This apartment is available all year round.

The apartment is located on the first floor. Enter into the spacious hall . Door leads from here to the kitchen which is fully fitted with gas hob, double oven, dish washer, fridge/freezer and washer dryer.

The living room is furnished in a modern style with sofa bed, and 2 further sofa's, table and chairs seating 6-8 people, colour T.V. and DVD player French doors lead out to a large terrace with sun loungers and a table wth chairs and umbrella. There is one twin bedroom with wardrobes, the two double bedrooms have wardrobes and the master bedroom has a spacious en-suite shower room. There is also a spacious family bathroom with shower over the bath.

Walk out of the French doors onto the terrace where there is a table and chairs for those hot summer evenings, listen to the water feature, or take a stroll out of the apartment's private gate to the path leading past the water feature and along to the harbour bars and restaurants. Dominica Court is a gated development with private parking and ideally located within walking distance of the Harbour facilities and Crumbles shops. Eastbourne town centre is approximately 3 miles and a flat walk along the seafront from here.

The keys are picked up from either our office or night safe, we have a 24 hour emergency line for out of hours emergencies, and our office is located in the centre of Eastbourne. If required we can provide a meet and greet service for an additional fee of £30 There are many amenities in Eastbourne and the harbour has its own retail park, and restaurants, a walk from the apartment along the quay side.
