Comfortable, attractive, family friendly home situated at the end of a sandy lane with a path to another sandy lane to access to a private association beach (approx 3/10ths mile). This lovely house has open greatroom with living/dining area and kitchen. Off the side is a screened porch which opens to a large deck on the rear of the house. First floor Queen master bedroom and a bathroom in the hall with a step-in shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, each with two twin beds and a shared full bath with tub / shower in the hall. A/C window units in each bedroom and wireless internet. NO Pets Accepted. Weekly Rental (7 Night Minimum in Season) - Rate: $3500 per week in season * $200 Handling Fee (non-refundable) * State and Local Taxes Apply * Choice of $55 Vacation Rental Damage Fee (non-refundable) OR $800 Security Deposit (refundable) * Tenant provides own bed linens, towels & paper products (unless noted otherwise). “Cape Cod, North Eastham House”
Very nice house. The only down side was the beach on the bay side. It is a small beach (almost no beach) during high tide. For that reason, we went on the ocean side beach almost all the time.
