Luxury, affordable self catering holiday apartment in the Seychelles. Our apartment is located on the beautiful Eden Island. Our apartment has the best views, overlooking the marina.

The apartment has three bedrooms all en-suite. It is fully furnished and equipped with the most modern appliances. The balcony has beautiful views of the marina and includes a gas Webber for barbeques.

Eden Island incudes all the amenities of a resort such as restaurants, health spa, gym, water activities and even a supermarket for the convenience of the residents.

Our self catering apartment is luxurious, comfortable and more spacious than a hotel accommodating up to six adults and children.

I totally agree that Eden Island is the best the Seychelles has to offer with their outstanding infrastructure and facilities you mentioned. We try to maintain high standards regarding cleanliness and to meet all requirements our guests may request. Unfortunately our WiFi router went missing. It has since been replaced so please be rest assured on your return visit it will be there for you to use. The WiFi router has a pre-paid sim that is easy enough to top up with data at the Bureau de change at the mall which is a short walking distance from the apartment. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Shaun (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
