Description

New cleaning procedures have been implemented in response to Covid-19 to ensure the safety of our guests, staff and other residents at the property. These include enhanced cleaning and disinfection of hard surfaces and high touch areas, Covid-19 risk assessment carried out and documentation of all cleaning procedures. This has enabled us to get Certification under the "We're Good To Go" scheme in partnership with Visit Scotland.

This is a contemporary one-bedroom apartment, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Edinburgh's New Town just 10 minutes' walk from Princes Street and 5 Minutes from Stockbridge. This is a perfect location for a city break without the noise and bustle of many of Edinburgh's city centre apartments. Completely stocked with brand new very high-quality furnishings and equipment in November 2011.

Getting around

Edinburgh is a compact city so all of the city centre attractions and sights can be accessed on foot. However, if you don't fancy walking Lothian buses services 23 and 27 run every 10 minutes from close to the apartment. A single journey will cost £1.80 or £4.50 of an unlimited day ticket which can be used on any Lothian bus route throughout the city. Payment is by exact change or contactless payment. From Waverley Bridge, several tour companies run hop on hop off services to the city's attractions.

Interaction with guest

On booking, we send guests a confirmation email and are happy to answer any questions or provide advice for their trip. Once travel plans are finalised we ask guests to provide an approximate arrival time so that we can meet them at the apartment. Under the current circumstances, we are operating a contactless check-in process. Full details will be emailed in the days before arrival. At check-in, the guest will be met outside the apartment so that we can hand over the keys, make sure they are comfortable and answer any questions. Should guests need help or advice during their stay we encourage them to call us.

“Great Apartment”

There is a wide variance in Edinburgh of not just the standards of the property but also the service that guests receive from the owners which sometimes is overlooked when guests are selecting a property to stay in. I run my apartments full time and my business is founded on our high standards and great customer service. I meet all of my guests at the property to firstly make sure they can get access, to ensure they are happy, to answer any questions they may have & provide advise and information for their stay and to provide them with a point of contact should they have a problem or complaint. How do damage deposits work?
