Situated in the centre of Edinburgh's Georgian New Town, Thistle Street offers all the advantages of city living. This pretty cobbled street has some stunning Georgian architecture as well as a great range of restaurants, bars and cafes and some very tempting designer shops. Most of Edinburgh's tourist attractions are within easy walking distance and a plenty of bus routes pass close by should you want to explore further afield.

The two bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a beautifully converted old auction house. It very spacious and has been furnished and decorated to provide a luxurious base for from which to enjoy Edinburgh.

The front door of the apartment opens into a large entrance hallway which has rooms radiating off it and leads through to the open plan kitchen/living room. The sitting area has lovely wooden floors and has been furnished with large comfortable sofas accented with plenty of colourful cushions all arranged around a large coffee table. Attractive built in shelving houses an interesting selection of books, a TV and DVD Player and the walls are decorated witih an interesting selection of pictures and paintings. A living flame gas fire provides a focal point on a winters evening and there is a desk and Wi-Fi is available if required.

The stunning large kitchen area has an excellent selection of china, cookware glass and cutlery for visitors who choose to eat in and is appointed with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A large central table provides ample space to seat 6 people.

The master bedroom is located at front of the property and is furnished with a king size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table and lamps. This room benefits from a good sized en-suite shower room with shower, loo and wash hand basin.

The pretty second bedroom is to the rear of the property and, again, offers plenty of hanging and storage space.

A large clean white family bathroom with bath and shower over, loo and wash hand basin and good lighting and mirrors completes the accommodation.
