The Grassmarket area and the adjacent streets offer a host of cosmopolitan bars, restaurants, independent and traditional retailers and is surrounded by exciting festival venues .The area is steeped in dramatic, intriguing history with its well preserved cobbled streets and medieval architecture bringing this area to life.

This is a studio flat..... The Grassmarket Flat is situated in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town. This beautiful studio flat overlooks the Historical West Bow Well and faces directly out onto the Grassmarket pedestrian precinct which plays host to numerous musical, dramatic arts and acrobatic fringe acts throughout the festival season, not to mention a Mardi Gras festival and Saturday markets. This entertainment is free from your windows!

The Grassmarket Flat has been tastefully finished to a very high standard, with beautiful Scottish fabrics encapsulating the essence of Scotland, to enhance your experience and maximise the ambience of your holiday.

This flat has been designed with the holidaymaker in mind and attention has been paid to every detail to ensure your stay is a very comfortable and memorable experience.

This is a perfect place for those romantic at heart with a chilled bottle of wine waiting for you on your arrival!

There is a small washing machine available , this is not a washer/dryer.

Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile are a mere three minute walk away. If you intend visiting Edinburgh, this is the perfect place to stay.

“1Central location, fantastic decor and views of Grassmarket from the window”

Above and beyond welcoming - our lovely host came to welcome us and gave us some tips of things to do. The central location meant my partner and I were able to walk to all the touristic spots without worrying about public transport. There are many 24 hour car parks which made it possible to drive from the South of England. Although central, it was quiet in the studio. It was fully stocked with kitchen utensils and a TV for a relaxing film at the end of a day of sightseeing. Highly recommended!

“Great pad right in the heart of it!”

Cosy studio flat overlooking the Grassmarket, walk out and you're right amongst it. Very clean and tidy, comfortable accommodation. Highly recommended!

How do damage deposits work?

If Gill (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
