5BR / 2&1/2BA up & 1 beach bath downstairs(K/ Q / Q / Q +S / S, trundle) - Sleeps 11 - Bring your whole family along to this nice spacious beach view home! Just 1 house away from the beach access with views from the sundeck. The property has a wrap around porch accessed from 2 bedrooms and the living room. The large open living, dining(with a huge table), and kitchen are in the center of this home. A hall on the left of the great room has a wet bar and leads to 2 bedrooms, both with queen size bed in the front room and a King in the back bedroom. Both bedrooms have a TV and open onto the deck on the side of the house. There is a jack and jill bathroom between these two bedrooms (sink and toilet for each bedroom, a shared tub/shower in the middle). On the right side of the great room are 3 more bedrooms. The bedroom facing Thistle St has a queen size bed(TV). There is a full hall bath next to this room with a tub/shower combo. There is a short back hall next to the kitchen that has a bedroom with a single bed (no TV) and another with a twin and a queen (with TV). There is a large open area under the house with a picnic table for outdoor dining. There is also a beach bath downstairs with a shower. This home rents for full weeks only year round. Response from the manager Thank you so much for your recent vacation at "Sail On Inn". The responsible ownership has changed this past year and I will let them know that you were pleased with the upgrades in the kitchen. With only 1 appliance repair person to service all the homes on Edisto there can be delays. We will follow up with him to make sure the correct burners were installed. Lawn service is on a routine schedule and if you ever have a problem with overgrown grass, please just call us. We will let the owners know that a stand alone vacuum would be desirable.
