4BR / 3 BA (K, Q, 2S(x-long), D) Sleeps 8 - A very nice beach front home with wonderful views of the St Helena Sound. A private, shady yard greets you at 3506 Palmetto. You will enter the home from a covered porch, with rockers, into a large bright great room, complete with wet bar! The washer/dryer is conveniently located behind doors on the right as you enter the home. High ceiling with lots of natural light amplify the views from the great room. A large screen porch with a rockers, table and chairs is accessed from the living area. Everything you will need to sit and enjoy the water views! An open deck area with more seating sits a few steps down from the porch. A short hall on each side of the great room leads to 2 bedrooms on each side of the home. A spiral staircase next to the dining area leads to a open loft overlooking the great room with a pool table and small wet bar. A bedroom on the right of the home (facing Palmetto Blvd) has a double bed(no TV) and a private bath(with shower). The front bedroom(facing the Sound) has a queen size bed(TV) and opens onto the screen porch. There is a hall bath(tub/shower) on this side as well. To the left of the great room is a 1/2 hall bathroom that may be accessed from the hall or the bedroom facing Palmetto. This bedroom has 2 twin beds(no TV). The master bedroom, facing the Sound, has a king size bed, TV, and opens on the screen porch. An adjacent master bathroom has a tub and large sit down shower.

“Great location and outdoor space.”
Loved the outdoor porch, what a great space. The fridge, microwave and oven could use some work as well as some of the beds.
