5BR+ Den / 4.5BA (King, Queen, Futon, Triplebunk/Single, Queen) - Sleeps 10 - A wonderful extra large beach walk home that is located across from the Marina, close to the Marsh Point pool, and right on the bike path. New HVAC, new living furniture for your enjoyment. You will enter the home from the covered front porch into the foyer. To the left is the staircase to the 2nd floor. On the right is a short hallway with a 1/2 bath, a small bedroom with a futon, and the laundry room. The large great room is at the back of the home. This opens onto a nice screen porch with marsh views. The dining area and large kitchen are connected to the living room. The dining area opens onto a deck with table, chairs, and a grill. To the left of the living room are two bedrooms. The bedroom at the front of the home has a queen size bed (no TV) and private bath ( with shower). The bedroom at the back is the master bedroom (no TV). This bedroom has a king size bed and large private bath with 2 separate vanity/sink areas, tub, and separate sit down shower. This bedroom opens onto a deck on the back overlooking the marsh.
Upstairs you enter the large den (with TV) with access to the 2nd floor sundeck. Amazing views of the golf course and water from this area of the home! There is a bedroom on each side of the den. The "kids room" on the left has a triple bunk and a twin. The bedroom on the right has a queen. There are no TV's in these bedrooms. A full hall bath(tub/shower) is adjacent to the den.The owners of this home have done a great job in providing all the comforts for a relaxing vacation on Edisto Beach. Also, you have the beach and a poo l(for a fee) just a short walk from the house!

Recreation amenities are available to all resort guests for an Amenities Fee. Ocean Ridge Beach Cabana is located in the 2000 block of Palmetto Blvd – with parking allowed on Palmetto Blvd. Also, every cross street has a beach access point with parking on the street.
