6BR / 5.5 BA (K, 4Q, 2S, DayBed( Sleeps 15) - An extra large home just a short walk down quiet Chancellor St from the beach. A perfect vacation home for an extended family gathering. All rooms are attractively decorated and furnished. This home has lots of room under the house for a shady place to play or cook out. There is a screened in ping pong room! Also, a grill, outside sink, enclosed shower, and a nice grassy back yard. This home boasts a large front covered porch with rockers and a porch swing and on the back of the house a big screen porch with loads of furniture and a hammock, perfect for naps. The central area of the house is a large great room with the kitchen, dining, and living combined and featuring an HD TV. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full private bathrooms on each side of the great room. All downstairs bedrooms have queen size beds, TV's, and private bathrooms(tub/shower combination). The laundry is conveniently located next to the kitchen at the back of the house. The staircase to the 2nd floor is near the back of the house as well. Stairs lead to a 2nd floor hallway that contains a desk with a bedroom on each side. One bedroom has 2 twin beds, the other is the master suite with a king. The master has a couch(Sleeper) and connects to a large bath that contains a tub, separate shower, and a 2 sink vanity. This bath also opens into the hallway for access for the other bedroom. Both bedrooms upstairs have TV's. Come to Edisto and enjoy time at this "Sea Dog". “Maintenance issues”
Nice roomy house, but had some issues. No outside outlet to charge golf cart unless we used an extension cord. We ended up using a neighbors outlet. Dryer takes about 2-3 hours to dry medium load. J… More

We work very hard to make sure all requested repairs can be made in a timely manner. There are times when certain vendors are not available or parts have to be ordered. Yard Maintenance is on a schedule and we would have asked to move the house up if Edisto Realty had know.
