3BR / 3BA (K, Q, 2S, Cot, SS)- Sleeps 9 - This property is the right side of a duplex on beautiful Oristo Ridge in the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Located close to the Jenkins St gate, at the back of the resort, allows guests to walk or bike to the beach.
You will enter this home from a covered porch into an entry hall. To the left is a 1/2 bath. Straight ahead is a large bedroom with a King size bed, TV, and private bath(tub/shower). A door next to this bedroom leads to a staircase to the parking area under the house. The stairs to the second floor are beside the 1st floor bedroom. . Across from the staircase is a short hallway with the laundry area and a door leading to a screen porch (with seating) on the front of the property (facing Oristo Ridge). The kitchen, dining and living combination is on the right of the property. Adjacent to the living area is a bath with a tub.
The second floor has a hall bath(tub/shower) at the top of the stairs. A bedroom next to this has 2 twin beds(no TV). Down the hall is another large bedroom with a Queen bed, couch, and TV. This home has all hardwood floors down, carpeting up.
