4BR / 2BA (K, 2Q, B, 2-SS) - Sleeps 12 - Experience the magic of a perfect vacation at the "Old Timer". Located right across the street from the beach access with one of the largest sundecks and screen porch on Edisto Beach. Take your morning coffee to the sundeck and watch the sunrises from the comfort of a rocker. The foyer opens to a small den with a sleeper and then the front bedroom overlooking Palmetto Blvd with a queen bed(no TV). After you leave the foyer you enter the Great Room (Living-has a sleeper sofa, Dining, Kitchen). The extra-extra large breakfast bar is the central gathering spot for the house with open sight lines to the seating area. Bedroom #2 & Bedroom #3 have sliders to the large sundeck. #2 has a Queen and #3 has a King. Bedroom #4 is perfect for children and is on the small size and has a bunk. Both baths (shower only in one and tub with a separate shower in the other) are in the rear of the house in the main hallway. The living/dining/ and large kitchen areas are at the center of this house. A great place to gather and make memories of your vacation at Edisto!
No Smoking. No Pets. No Bed or Bath Linens, Other amenities are an enclosed outside shower with dressing area, easy beach access, internet service, large sundeck and large screen porch.
