3BR / 2BA (Q / Q / Bunk & Double Bunk)- Sleeps 10 - Cozy and sitting right at the sands edge is the "Beach Nuts". As you enter the house from the Palmetto Blvd stairs there is a small sundeck and covered deck area. The kitchen is the first room that you see on the right. The dining table is also in the same room. The stack washer/dryer are also in the kitchen. The good size living area has a slider to the beachside deck and windows overlooking the water. Down a short hallway are the 3 bedrooms. The beachside bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a full hall bath with a shower/tub. Two more bedrooms connect to a common bath(shower only). One of these bedrooms has a queen bed, the other, a double bunk and Bunk. Both of these bedrooms are on the street side of the house. There are no TV's in the bedrooms. This house is mostly carpeted except for the baths and kitchen/dining area. Call Edisto Realty today at 1-*******-5398 to book "Beach Nuts" for your Edisto Beach vacation. This home rents for full weeks only June-July-August. The remainder of the year it rents for full weeks only until 10 days out. No smoking, No. Bed or bath linens. Pets allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee. Optional departure cleaning and travel insurance are available.
