2BR + Sleep Porch / 2BA (K, Q, 4 Singles (trundle beds), SS) Sleeps 10 Very close to the beach - just across a sandy part of Point Street is this very comfortable home with ocean views. Located second row beach-side of Palmetto. This home has a nice area under the house with a picnic table for outdoor dining. There is a wrap-around deck with nice water views. The large sunroom opens onto the deck and contains 2 trundle beds(sleeps 4) and a TV. The living and dining are combined in the center of the home with another TV. The kitchen and laundry area are at the back of the home. There are two bedrooms on the side of the property, one with a King, and one with a queen size bed both with TV's. There is a hall bathroom(tub/shower combination) and a full bath up a short set of stairs that connects to the back bedroom (king). This cute home in a great location would provide a relaxing retreat on Edisto.
