4 BR / 3 BA(3Q, 1D, 1B) -Sleeps 10 - Come enjoy this old fashioned beach cottage overlooking St. Helena Sound. Enter the home from the front door that faces Palmetto Blvd (only 2 steps up). This home is great for a family member who would like to be on the ground level without many steps. An old-fashioned galley kitchen awaits you. Go through the french doors to a bedroom with a queen size bed. The living and dining room are on this floor. In addition, a comfortable screened porch with a swingbed that leads to an open deck. The first floor has a full hall bath(shower only). A cottage style staircase leads to the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms and a large hall bath(tub/shower combination). The two front bedrooms each have ocean views and open onto a wonderful 2nd floor sundeck with amazing views of the ocean. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom on this floor is large and contains a double and a set of bunk beds. (This is the only bedroom with a TV). There is a private full bath with this room that contains a large, easy, walk-in shower. You can also enjoy the gazebo on the walkway to the beach! The large yard(beach front) would be the perfect place for a game of volleyball or corn hole. There is a staircase from the 2nd floor deck that also leads to the yard.
