3BR + Sleeping Den / 2BA (2Q, 2S, Futon) - Sleeps 8 - This comfortable home is located on Yacht Club Rd across the street from a beach access on St. Helena Sound. St. Helena Sound is just like the ocean front, but without the big waves. A perfect location for families with small children. There are 2 screen porches - one facing Yacht Club Rd and the other on the back of the house. There is also a large area under the house for cook-outs or just relaxing. The living, dining, and kitchen are in the main portion of the house with the bedrooms down a hallway. The large master bedroom is at the front of the home and opens onto a small covered porch. There is a queen size bed in this bedroom, seating for watching TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. Across the hall are two bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other a queen bed. These rooms do not have TV's. There is a full hall bath with a double vanity and shower only(no tub). The 4th bedroom/den has a double futon and a TV. This room opens onto the screen porch at the back of the house. This property is in a great location. “Most def needs some updating, repair work as well as a deep clean!!!”
Most def needs some updating, repair work as well as a deep clean!!! Boards are about to break on the deck, dust everywhere, found items from previous families in the couch and under the bed
