4BR / 3BA 1/2 BA (2K, 2D, Q, Bunk) - Sleeps 12 - This nicely decorated home is an easy walk to the beach. Located on popular Pompano St this property offers an elevator to all floors. You will enter the home from a covered porch ,with rockers and other seating, into a comfortable den. To the right is a bedroom with 2 double beds(facing Pompano)(no TV). A short hallway behind the den has a full bath(tub/shower) that is accessed from the bedroom next to it. This room has a queen bed and a set of bunks(no TV). Across the hall there is a bedroom with a king size bed(TV) This bedroom shares a split bath with the bedroom at the front with 2 double beds. (each bedroom has their own toilet /sink room - they share a shower room in the middle.) The laundry is on this floor and access to a screen porch at the back of the property overlooking the yard. A staircase from the den leads to the kitchen, dining, and kitchen combination on the second floor. A 1/2 bath is next to the great room and a master bedroom is on this floor as well. This bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and large adjacent master bath with a double vanity and a soaking tub. The living area opens onto a large covered porch(facing Pompano) with comfortable furniture, including rockers, and distant water views! "Cassel's" house is a nice beach walk home with great amenities.
