4BR +Loft / 3BA (K, Q, Q, Q/S, D/Trundle) - Sleeps 12 -The home is located on quiet Seaview Lane with limited water views from the porches. Seaview Lane is the first block behind Palmetto Blvd and is not a through street. A covered porch with swings faces Seaview Lane. There is an open deck on either side of the screen porch with rockers and other seating. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are in the central portion of this home. There are 2 bedrooms on either side of the great room. The right front bedroom has a king size bed and opens onto a deck area on the front of the house. The back right bedroom has a queen and a single bed. Both of these bedrooms have a TV. There is a full hall bath(tub/shower) with a 2 sink vanity on this side of the home. Thie left front bedroom has a queen size bed (TV) and opens onto a deck area. This bedroom has a private bath (large walk in shower). The back left bedroom has a queen size bed also(no TV) and a private bath(shower only). This floor has all hardwood floors. A spiral staircase in the living area leads to a open loft with a trundle bed and a double. This area opens onto a 2nd floor covered porch with water views.
