4BR/2BA - (2Q, D, 2S,1 Bunk) -Sleeps 10 - A nice beach view home facing Palmetto Blvd Plenty of parking under the house and also in the side yard. Under the house you will find an open area complete with an enclosed shower, picnic table for your enjoyment. A large sundeck overlooking Palmetto Blvd greets you as you come the stairs. The screen porch is on the rear of the house. The central part of the house has the living, dining, kitchen combination with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on either side of the house. The left front bedroom has 1 double and 1 twin bed. The right front bedroom has 1 set of bunk beds and 1 twin. The left hall bath is a full bath with a shower only. The right hall bath has a tub/shower combo. Both back bedrooms have queen size beds. There are no TV's in the bedrooms.

Response from the manager Thank you for choosing Edisto Realty to help plan your vacation. "Sandy Paws" is a wonderful home and in a perfect location for views and beach access. Periodically homes on the coast will have issues with pest and the homeowner takes quarterly pest control very seriously. When it rains a great deal, the pests that normally live outside and the surrounding trees will come inside homes. We will respond to any request for additional spraying both inside and outside when there is a problem. I will be sure to make the owners aware of the end of season inspection that is needed. Again, thank you and please come see us again.
