5BR/3BA + Sleep Den - Sleeps 17 - (3K, 4Q, 1D, 1S) - Sleeps 17 - This larger oceanfront home is perfect for a family with extra space for friends. The main entry is on the Palmetto Blvd side of the house leading to a covered deck. Enter through the front door into a large great room and a fabulous view of the Atlantic Ocean. The downstairs entry is on the beach side which leads to a large den area complete with seating, TV, a double and a single bed. There is a full bath downstairs(shower only) and a separate bedroom with a king size bed (TV). The main floor with a large living, dining and kitchen combination in the center of the house. This area is all tile, with tile countertops and even a large tile dining table! The living area opens onto a covered porch overlooking the ocean with open decks on either side of the porch. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths (tub/shower combos plus double vanities) on each side of the house. The 2 front bedrooms (beach view) each have a king size bed. The 2 back bedrooms(Palmetto Blvd) each have 2 queen beds. All bedrooms have TV's. This home is just steps to the sand with beautiful views of the Atlantic. What a grand experience to see a pod of dolphins right in front of the house. I will let the owners know about installing window screens and updating the kitchen inventory.
