2BR / 2BA - Sleeps 6 - (Q, 2S, SS) - Marsh views, Sunset Views, River Views, Marina Views and don't forget to catch the dolphins as they come up the creek for dinner. A well appointed and very comfortable 2nd floor villa. As you enter the 2nd floor villa, the guest bath and laundry closet will be on your right. Down the short foyer hallway is the Great Room and Kitchen. The 1st BR faces the marsh with a slider to the covered deck. There is a private bath with a whirlpool tub/shower. The 2nd BR facing the front of the villa with a connecting bath (stall). Just down the street is the nearest beach access and the bike path. No Smoking, No Pets, Bed and Bath linens and Departure Cleaning are included. Villa available for less than a week 30 days in advance of arrival during Jun, Jul, Aug. Available for shorter stay Sept-May-Call Edisto Realty for rates and available dates. No boats / trailers / golf carts allowed in the parking area and only 2 outdoor parking spaces available per villa.
Located at the western end of Edisto Beach. The villas overlook Big Bay Creek, South Edisto River and Edisto Marina and is a 3 story building with private balconies. Plenty of boating activity and sunsets to make this a perfect retreat. You will find an onsite pool, also close to a beach access plus an elevator. No Internet Service

“Very OLD - Extremely outdated, tiny”
Do not stay here. In fact, don't stay anywhere on the Atlantic. Going back to my Gulf Coast ASAP! This condo - the entire complex is OLD. We were oringinally staying oin 111 - but it was BEDBUG… More

“Very convenient quiet place.”
Very nice place. The only negative comment I have is that the mattresses were very very firm. Fix that and you're pretty close to perfect.
