2BR / 2BA (K, Q, SS) - Sit back and enjoy the screen porch while watching the golfers play the course. Located on the 1st floor of a 4 unit building, only about 8 steps. This is bright and cheerful villa with extra large windows overlooking the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Golf Course. The spanish tiled foyer open right into the Great Room. Comfortable navy blue furnishing and lemon yellow walls say "I'm on vacation!". Facing the dining area is a buffet bar area just what you need for extra serving space. The kitchen has a bar area with 2 bar stools. Right off the seating area is the screen porch with a dining table along with plenty of chairs. The view is so relaxing, you will never want to leave. Turn left from the bedroom hallway is the master bedroom with a private bath (tub/shower). Open the slider to the screen porch to catch the breeze right off the golf course. Turning right in the short hallway is the guest bedroom, again with a private bath (tub/shower). Both bedrooms have TV's. It is only a short walk to the Golf Shop and other resort amenities. The villa offers all the comforts of home including a nice "lending library". Bed and Bath linens and Departure Cleaning are included. No motorcycles / trailers / RVs / Golf Carts / Boats allowed in the resort. No Elevator Access. No Smoking, No Pets. Rent for less than a week 30 days in advance of arrival. A great villa for a monthly stay during the winter!
Ocean Ridge is a 300-acre golf/recreation resort located on the southern end of Edisto Beach. Recreation amenities (3 pools, workout room, tours, Beach Cabana (restrooms, showers), bike rentals, water sports, video rentals) are available to all resort guests for a Amenities Fee. Ocean Ridge Beach Cabana is located in the 2000 block of Palmetto-look for blue mail box- with parking allowed on Palmetto Blvd. Also every cross street has a beach access point with parking on the street

“Nice but needs a deep cleaning....”
We had a wonderful stay but the carpets in the condo were really soiled and needed a good cleaning. I really loved the screened porch and the solitude. We always will come back ti Edisto!
