3BR / 2BA - (2Q, D, S, Futon) Sleeps 9 - Enjoy the quiet solitude of a side street on Edisto. You will have direct beach access at the end of Marianne St across Palmetto Blvd to the beach. This home sits back on the lot and is well shaded by large oak trees. You enter this home from a covered porch facing Marianne St. You walk into the living and dining room combination with a updated kitchen on the right. There is even a wet bar in the dining area! This part of the home has hardwood floors. Beyond the living area is a large bright sunroom(tile floors), complete with futon, with open deck areas on either side of this room. You can also open the sliders (with screens) to enjoy the rustling leaves in the wind. The master bedroom is off to the right side with a private bath that includes a double vanity and tub/shower combination. There are two more bedrooms on the opposite side of the house as well as a full hall bath(tub/shower combo). The bedroom facing the back yard has a queen bed. This bedroom, as well as the master, both open onto the deck areas in the back. The street side bedroom has a double and a twin bed. All bedrooms have TV's. There is a large area under the house with a picnic table for cook-outs and lots of parking for family and friends. The owners have provided a library of movies and books for your enjoyment.
