4 BR / 3 BA (3K, 2S, 2SS)- Sleeps 12 - The only beach house on Edisto with a complete covered wooden deck under house. And still have plenty of room to park you car. A great place to relax, read a book, or watch the waves! As you enter the house from the Palmetto Blvd stairs you are greeted by the Great Room (living, dining, kitchen). The kitchen is to the left of the entrance with a counter and stools. This opens to the dining and living room. There is an additional table in the living room for dining overflow or a game of cards. Beyond the living area is a screen porch overlooking the beach, with an open deck area on either side of the porch and stairs down to the beach. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 on each side of the house. The 2 front and back right bedrooms all have king size beds. The bedrooms on the right of the house each have a private bath(tub/shower). There is a full hall bath on the left side of the house(tub/shower combo). The back left bedroom has 2 twin beds. All bedroom have TV's.
