4BR / 4BA (2K, Q, Bunk, S, Cot) - Sleeps 10 - Looking for privacy and an easy walk to the beach, then "Tree Tops" will satisfy your beach vacation needs. This home sits at the end of Pompano St with no thru traffic. A large open deck connects to a screen porch facing Pompano St. The porch has everything you could want for enjoying this space - a swing, rockers, table and chairs plus other seating! From the porch you enter the great room that has a living, dining, and kithen combination in the center of the home with upgraded appliances and furniture. Blue Ray player in the Living Area for family movie night. There are two bedrooms on each side of the great room. The right front bedroom has a queen size bed, the right back, a king. The left front bedroom has King, the left back, Bunk & Single. All of the bedrooms have brand new TV's and a private bath(showers only) except for the bath adjacent to the bunk/ single room.This bath has a tub/shower. The laundry area is in the hallway on the left. This nice property has all hardwood floors for easy maintenance.

“Perfect vacation home”
The one item that could be improved is the dryer. Otherwise home is perfect for our family of 10 and a dog! We’ve been staying at this home for several years and will continue to come back!

Response from the manager "Tree House" is a wonderful spot. The owners use the house a great deal and have furnished it perfectly for themselves as well as visitors. Being a barrier island, there are times when internets go down and immediate repair can take a day or two - that is why we also suggest Ethernet cords or even your own "mobile hot spot" to make sure you can stay connected. Come see us again, we look forward to your next Edisto visit.
