5 BR / 3BA (K, 2Q, 6S) -Sleeps 12 - 2nd Floor large unit in the Ocean Villa complex - Enjoy the ocean breezes sitting on the sundeck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The living and dining areas are centrally located in this home.The dining table will seat 14. The kitchen is off to the side at the back .The washer/dryer is located in the kitchen. There is a bath adjacent to the dining with a separate shower and tub. There are 3 bedrooms on the left side of the great room. The bedroom at the back has a king bed and a single. The middle bedroom enters from a short hallway and has a queen size bed. There is a full hall bath next to this bedroom(tub/shower combination). The front bedroom, facing the ocean, has 2 twin beds. On the right of the great room are 2 more bedrooms that open into the living area. The ocean view bedroom has a queen size bed and a single. The bedroom behind this has 2 twins. This bedroom opens into a full bath(tub/shower) that is also accessible from the living area. There are no TV's in the bedrooms. This property enters from stairs located on the side of the building with a very large deck - 1/2 covered and 1/2 open with a picnic table. There is also a private deck on the beach side as well with stairs to the beach. “A Dump!”
I would not recommend this place. First, it’s not very clean. There are roaches too. It’s supposed to sleep 12 but don’t plan on cooking for them unless you bring your own pots and p… More

Response from the manager "Please know that Edisto Realty appreciates your business. This property is one of the oldest on Edisto and is priced accordingly. Any time you find a cleaning issue please call our office. We will send the cleaning crew to take care of the problem. This property is on a pest control service contract with a local exterminating company and sprayed on a quarterly. If made aware of a problem they will be happy to come respray the property. I am sorry that you didn't have enough pot and pans. Edisto Realty has a varied stock of replacement items for our properties including pots & pans, coffeemakers, baking dishes etc. Once again we appreciate your business and stand behind our promise to have issues resolved as quickly as possible for our guests. When booking your next stay please speak with a reservation staff member and we will do our best to help you select a home that might be more satisfactory for you. Property:
