4BR / 3BA (Q, Q, Q, D and Bunk) Sleeps 10 - This beautiful home is the perfect place to spend your next vacation on Edisto. "Latitude 32" is the first house facing Seabrook St. off of Palmetto, making it an easy walk to the beach. This home enters from a covered front porch into the central living, dining and large kitchen areas with beautiful hardwood floors. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a nice eating bar. There are also open and covered deck areas on the back of the house, accessed from the kitchen. An elevator from ground level opens upstairs onto the covered back porch. There are 2 bedrooms accessed from a short hallway on each side of the great room. The left front bedroom(facing Seabrook St) has a queen size bed and a private bathroom(tub/shower combo). The back left bedroom has a queen bed, private bath(with walk in shower) and opens onto the deck on the back of the house. The right front bedroom has a queen size bed, the back right, a double and a set of bunk beds. There is a full hall bathroom(tub/shower) on this side of the home as well as an enclosed area with the washer/dryer. All of the bedrooms have a TV.
