Description
Toft's Point West is a cozy, secluded one bedroom cottage on 200 feet of rocky shore with open views to Green Island and Chamber's Island. The cottage is in the country apart from any town or village. You may experience any type of weather to color your stay. This is a smoke-free cottage. It is fully insulated with furnace for use in the cooler weather. The fireplace insert in the living room is unavailable for use by guests. There is a fire pit on the beach for use. Firewood is furnished. Large windows afford water views from every room. A large deck is accessed off the living room and dining room which deck faces the water. The kitchen/dining room addition features plenty of light from breakfast through sunset. Flat screen tv and wireless internet add comfort to your stay. The cottage is rented by the week and closed from November to May of each year. Four night minimum rentals are available beginning September 15. Three night minimum rentals are available in October only. Occupancy is for 2 persons and not suitable for children.
